We are looking to strengthen our team and are currently seeking terminal workers on an as-needed basis in Ljungby, Bergvägen 3. As a terminal worker, you will be responsible for picking goods according to orders, packing, restocking, handling returns, managing potential product damage, as well as handling the intake and dispatch of goods. We have tasks that include forklift driving, but also other tasks where forklift driving is not required.

As a terminal worker, you will report to the Production Manager for the assignment on the current department.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and understands instructions.
• Has a high school education or equivalent work experience.
• Is quality-conscious and accustomed to working towards set goals.
• Has a strong work ethic and contributes to a positive work environment.
• Is comfortable working varying hours, as shift work is part of our operations. This includes day and evening shifts, both on weekdays and weekends.

Experience in warehouse operations is an asset.

About you
To thrive in this role, you should be self-reliant, orderly, and have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and departments. You are service-oriented and enjoy working in a role where you deliver high quality against set goals in a dynamic environment. You are social and creative, have a strong work ethic, and contribute to a positive work climate. Job rotation occurs, meaning you may work in other departments/units.
